The TOPOS (Technology, Operations & Organisation Studies) group at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford will be recruiting an Associate Professor* in Organization Studies this fall for a start date in fall 2024. The position is associated with Green Templeton College, University of Oxford.

The TOPOS group is home to renowned scholars such as Sally Maitlis, Eero Vaara, Marya Hill-Popper Besharov, Ivona Hideg, Juliane Reinecke, Sue Dopson and Mike Gill. They conduct research at the individual, organisational, industry, and field levels. Current projects explore leadership in the context of grand challenges, sustainability, competing strategic imperatives, mental health in leadership roles, emotional aspects of work and organisations, and processes of individual and organisational resilience and growth, as well as the distinctive obstacles and opportunities for women in leadership.
