AOM 2025 PDW – Analyzing Social Interactions: A Qualitative Multifaceted Lens
Social interaction lies at the heart of organizational life and is central to qualitative methods such as ethnography, interviews, and observations. Yet interactional data is often under-analyzed or viewed through a narrow lens.
This PDW seeks to expand methodological conversations by introducing a range of interpretive approaches and analytical entry points for making sense of social interaction in organizations.
We are honored to host a distinguished panel of scholars who will present and facilitate roundtable discussions:
- Tammar Zilber (Hebrew University & Copenhagen Business School)
- Jane Lê (Otto Beisheim School of Management, WHU)
- Sierk Ybema (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam & Anglia Ruskin University)
