In this session, we will explore the evolving concept of paths in organization and management research, aiming to bring together diverse perspectives to enhance understanding and future research directions. We will create an open space for everyone to engage with path concepts, share methodologies, and explore new research opportunities, ultimately building a community around this generative and multifaceted concept.
