    Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London, is seeking manifestations of interest for Professors and/or Associate Professors (equivalent to Reader) in Strategy to join the School's Strategy Group.

     

    We are particularly interested in hearing from colleagues with an outstanding track record of publications at the frontier of strategy research and who are keen to make a broader difference by contributing to stakeholders in the business and the professions contexts.     Bayes Business School is a leading research-intensive business school situated in the centre of London, UK. The Strategy Group of Bayes Business School is part of the Faculty of Management and comprises 14 faculty members: profs Charles Baden-Fuller, Hans Frankort, Santi Furnari, Paula Jarzabkowski, Sam Kamuriwo, Gianvito Lanzolla, Elena Novelli, and Torben Pedersen; and Drs Senem Ayden Ozden, Arnaud Cudennec, Alessandro Giudici (Head of Group), Mara Guerra, Simone Santoni and Aulia Syakhroza. The group is further complemented by several full-time and executive PhDs, Researchers, Visiting Fellows, and a broad international network.

     

    This group has published collectively in all the leading journals including: Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, Organization Studies, Research Policy, Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Organization. The group is active in the running of the leading professional associations of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society. The strategy group's work is further underpinned by the long-established research centers/hubs that look at the topics of business models, digital transformation, strategy-as-practice, supported by more than £4 million of research grants won over recent years from RCUK, EPSRC, ESRC, British Academy, and EU.  

     

    Faculty members of the Strategy Group teach across different programmes from undergraduate to masters, from MBA to executive education and are committed to make a broader social and business impact through their research.
