• Are you a faculty advisor/mentor of a 1^st or 2^nd Year PhD student?

OMT is once again running our ** highly acclaimed** (by past participants!) and super helpful (as least we, the execs think so) PDW at AOM2026 – Navigating Your First Years. Applications are due May 31, 2026. 

This PDW seeks to support 1^st and 2^nd year PhD students jumpstart your career by offering: 

• one on one connections with senior scholars
• building community among junior scholars
• offering key tips, advice, and insight about how to navigate AOM AND how to navigate the PhD process and academic career.

** This PDW will be part of the broader "OMT Day @ Drexel" on Friday, July 31, where we will have mutiple consortia, PDWs, and socials to gather people across the OMT community so that we can all connect more broadly with one another - with huge gratitude to Drexel LeBow.
