On behalf of the new editorial team at AMLE, I am thrilled to share the second issue for 2024, which has just been published. This issue is spearheaded by a new editorial essay (written by Laura Colombo, Christine Moser, Katrin Muehlfeld and Simy Joy) concerning a Social–Ecological Approach to Management Learning and Education.
