Are you a mid-career scholar in the AOM Organization & Management Theory Division (OMT) thinking about the next stage of your growth, leadership, and impact?

Following the successful PDW of the last two AOM editions, we are excited to continue the conversation with a new Professional Development Workshop: Navigating the Mid-Career Stage: Pathways to Advancement and Impact in the OMT Field

This PDW is designed for OMT faculty navigating the opportunities and challenges of post-tenure life, including expanding administrative responsibilities, mentorship demands, evolving research agendas, and the broader question of how to build a meaningful and impactful career at mid-career and beyond.

To save your spot, please register by June 21:

    The 2026 workshop will feature:

    • a panel discussion with distinguished OMT scholars
    • interactive roundtable conversations
    • an informal networking segment to foster community, idea development, and peer exchange

    This year's panelists include:
    Daniel Armanios (University of Oxford)
    Jonathan Bundy (Arizona State University)
Joanna Tochman Campbell (University of Cincinnati)
    Chris Rider (University of Michigan)

    Organizers:
Emanuele Bettinazzi (Università della Svizzera Italiana)
    Laura Dupin (University of Amsterdam)
    Stefano Magistretti (Politecnico di Milano)
    François Neville (McMaster University)

Sponsored by the OMT Division, this workshop aims to create a dynamic space for mid-career scholars to gain practical insights, exchange experiences, and strengthen their professional networks.

We look forward to bringing mid-career scholars together again for what promises to be an engaging and valuable session.
