📣 Call for Applications | AOM PDW: Writing and Developing SAP Research

How do we turn rich empirical insights into compelling Strategy-as-Practice papers?
And how can we better position SAP contributions for publication?

We are excited to invite submissions for our Professional Development Workshop at the Academy of Management. Please submit an extended abstract here: https://forms.gle/1noyYGzqFEGgRGQB8. Deadline for submission is June 21st.

The PDW is designed as a supportive and developmental space - especially for doctoral students and early-career researchers, but open to everyone interested in SAP and practice-theoretical perspectives.

    Participants will receive:
constructive feedback on their ideas and papers
insights from experienced SAP scholars on publishing and writing
developmental roundtable discussions in small groups
an encouraging environment focused on learning and improving together

We warmly welcome extended abstracts including:

      research question,

      theoretical framing,

      empirical material/findings (if available),

      and intended contribution.

A special thank you already goes to all roundtable hosts and mentors who support the workshop with their time, experience, and constructive feedback.

We hope to create a collegial space for discussing, refining, and strengthening SAP research together - and would love to see many exciting ideas and projects there!

Thomas Ortner, Sadi Kurt, Verena Timmer, and Kristina Stoiber
