As generative AI becomes embedded in work and social life, the prompts people exchange with AI offer a new empirical window into organizations. This PDW explores how these prompts can serve as:

𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢: trace records of cognitive work, skill formation, and technology adoption
𝘔𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥: experimental treatments, confederates, and measurement instruments
𝘗𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘯: a force reshaping how people coordinate, decide, and learn at work

The session is organized around three themes, each with presentations and a keynote reflection:

Co-organized by Jacqueline Ng Lane, Zilin M., and Simon Friis.

Accepted abstracts will be paired with panelists for in-depth roundtable discussion - a great chance to develop your work alongside top scholars in computational methods, experimental design, and technology in organizations.
