We cordially invite you to participate in our upcoming Professional Development Workshop (PDW) titled "Globalizing Paradox Theory and Research: Exploring New Approaches, New Theories, and New Contexts."
In this PDW, we endeavor to create a platform that brings together scholars from diverse cultural, traditional, and philosophical backgrounds. Together, we will delve into innovative approaches, theories, and contexts for understanding paradoxes and tensions in organization and management studies. Our focus will be on embracing non-WEIRD perspectives, which encompass viewpoints beyond the traditional Western, European, Industrialized, Rich, and Democratic framework, as well as drawing inspiration from ancient philosophical traditions.
The workshop will provide a dynamic environment for highly interactive small-group discussions, expertly moderated by distinguished professionals in the field. Following these engaging discussions, there will be an open panel session, where you'll have the opportunity to hear insights from renowned experts:
