As part of the 2025 Wharton People Analytics Conference, the 2025 White Paper Competition is now open for submissions. We're inviting researchers and industry professionals to share their expertise for the opportunity to present on the conference stage.
What: We are looking for novel, data-driven insights that can inform professional practice in a wide range of organizations, based on your research. Past papers have included topics such as skill identification, employee perks, and behavior change in the workplace… but the options are endless.
Who: Innovative thinkers, researchers, and industry professionals are all encouraged to apply.
Why: Finalists will…
· Be featured on the People Analytics Conference website.
· Have their work highlighted on the Wharton People Analytics YouTube playlist.
· Present live on stage at the 2025 Wharton People Analytics Conference in Philadelphia, April 10–11, 2025.
