I am new to AoM and the Connect forum. I am a PhD candidate working on a qualitative case study investigating Transformational leadership promoting wellness programming to reduce absenteeism and presenteeism post-COVID-19. After much research, I have found a gap between declared and enacted values in leadership, which MAY influence absenteeism and presenteeism. I am researching HR policy changes, crisis management, leadership "leading by example," and what wellness programming entails post-pandemic and mental health stigma. Any type of leads are welcome.
