Dear colleagues,
For our next Philosophy and Organization Theory study group session, we will turn to three short essays from Hans-Georg Gadamer's The Enigma of Health. In these essays, Gadamer explores themes of health, illness, and the place of philosophy in relation to medicine and practice more broadly. While grounded in reflections on medicine, the texts also open questions about interpretation, authority, and the limits of technical reasoning that connect to our interests in organizational life.
