The new Chair for Organization and Leadership led by Prof. Dr. Julia Brennecke at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, Germany, is hiring for a postdoc position for an initial period of three years.
Candidates should be interested in conducting research on intra- and interorganizational networks, network dynamics, collaboration or knowledge transfer and publishing the results of their research in leading management journals. You will be part of a research-oriented and collegial team. We regularly publish in major journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, or Human Resource Management. You will have a low teaching load so that you can focus on your research, receive financial support to attend international conferences, and have opportunities to collaborate with other scholars.
You should bring: a doctoral degree in business administration, management, sociology or related fields; publications or at least the potential to publish in major journals; excellent written and oral English proficiency and strong methodological skills, preferably in social network analysis.
