Hi everyone
Instats is offering a two-part masterclass on QCA with professor Carsten Schneider:
Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) in R: From Beginning to Advanced Applications. This 2-seminar course offers a complete introduction to the foundational topics and analysis methods for conducting applied QCA, taking you from a basic introduction requiring no background in QCA, all the way to cutting-edge applications based on the most recent advances in the QCA literature.
The
first 3-day seminar (April 12-14) provides a gentle introduction to the conceptual and theoretical foundation for QCA, as well as a hands-on exploration of fundamental analysis techniques in R that will enable you to conduct and write-up your own QCA studies. The
second 3-day seminar (May 3-5) introduces more advanced QCA methods and applications, ensuring that you are able to understand and use the most sophisticated QCA methods currently available in R.
You can register for the introductory and advanced seminars separately. However, by registering for the full course, you will receive 10% off the regular pricing, which is in addition to our already discounted Instats rates -- especially for PhD students. An official Instats certificate of completion is provided at the conclusion of each seminar. For European students, each seminar offers 2 ECTS Equivalent points.
Best wishes
