Registration is now open for the OMT Mid-Career PDW on "Navigating the Mid-Career Stage: Career Advancement and Impact in the OMT Field," during the 2025 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. The PDW is provisionally scheduled for Saturday July 26, 2025 between 9:00AM - 11:30AM CEST.

Given that space is limited, we will review all applications and notify attendees of their approved registration by
June 26, 2025.
Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis from among OMT members who qualify (i.e., are post-tenure). You may also be placed on a waitlist in case space becomes available at a later point in time.
