    Trust is a fundamental feature of organizational relationships and one of the most widely studied concepts in management research. This annual PDW advances research on trust by providing a forum for scholars to discuss critical issues, exchange ideas, and further develop research in progress.

    The workshop will consist of three segments:

    1. Panel discussion
    Leading scholars will share thought-provoking perspectives on this year's focal topic: trust and levels of analysis.

    2. Roundtable discussions
    Participants will join facilitated roundtables to discuss current issues in trust research. Each table will begin with a specific topic, but the conversation may expand as the discussion unfolds. Topics may include:

    * Trust across levels of analysis
    * Trust asymmetries
    * Trust violation and recovery
    * Trust in teams
    * Trust in interorganizational relationships
    * Trust and emotions
    * Trust in networks
    * Trust dynamics
    * Trust and contracts

    3. Paper development workshop (only for participants who submitted a paper)
    Facilitators will provide in-depth feedback on work-in-progress trust research submitted in advance by workshop participants. Manuscripts submitted for the paper development workshop should be at an advanced developmental stage, targeted to a scholarly management journal, and no longer than 40 double-spaced pages. To participate in this segment, please upload your manuscript as part of the pre-registration process by July 15, 2026.
