    Dear Colleagues,  

    Together with Dr. Wiese at Georgia Tech, I am organizing a symposium for the upcoming SIOP annual conference in 2023. The symposium's name is "Don't waste your multidisciplinary teams: What makes multidisciplinary teams effective."  

    The proposed symposium aims to improve the understanding of multidisciplinary teams. We are seeking empirical or theoretical articles addressing topics such as factors that impact the effectiveness of multidisciplinary teams, methods or training interventions that facilitate multidisciplinary team collaboration, events that change the network structure of multidisciplinary teams, and environmental situations that create transdisciplinary research teams. Anything within the spirit of these topics is welcome!
