    Are you interested in private equity and hedge funds, and how these owners impact companies and employees?

    Please feel welcome to join us as we consider this research area at an AOM symposium next Monday at noon at Bella C-C3-m3 (Elaine Pak, Nauman Asghar, Philipp Meyer-Doyle, Jiwook Jung, Suyeon Kang, & Victoria Zhang).

    Four rich empirical papers creatively link changes in corporate ownership to time horizon, regulatory compliance, managerial careers, and employee purpose.

    We will conclude with 15 minutes for an open discussion about the past, present, and future of research in this field.

    We welcome anyone, but especially scholars and students interested in connecting ideas from corporate strategy and organizational theory.
