The Management & Organization (M&O) Department of the Mendoza College of Business invites applications from qualified candidates for a tenure-line faculty position in Strategic Management to begin in Fall 2024, pending University approval. This position is open to applicants at all levels. Candidates must expect to hold a doctorate in Management or a closely-related field by August 2024. Because M&O recently launched a PhD in Management program that admitted its inaugural cohort in Fall 2022, individuals who are willing to collaborate with PhD students are particularly encouraged to apply. The starting salary and teaching load are market competitive. Faculty members will be a part of a vibrant department and will receive ample annual research budgets, as well as outstanding computer, administrative, data gathering, and data science support.
