IE University´s Business School invites qualified candidates in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management to apply for tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, beginning September 2025.
We are looking for candidates that can complement and enhance our existing research and teaching capabilities in the areas of strategic human capital, leadership, and organizational behavior. In addition, we welcome applications from individuals with strong quantitative and experimental skills. Candidates should have the potential to develop high quality research, which can be published in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with faculty from their own department as well as other departments.
Candidates hired for the graduate level positions will be teaching in the MBA, Master in Management, and executive MBA programs. Candidates hired in the undergraduate level positions will teach Business Administration undergraduate students.
Salary for these positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
All applicants should have earned a PhD in a relevant discipline from a recognized school by the date of the appointment. Previous experience in teaching is a plus and Spanish proficiency is desirable, but not required. IE is an international school and thus, English is the main language of instruction as well as the main language of the institution.
