    Colleagues -  This week marks the conclusion of Season 1 of the new monthly podcast by the Academy of Management Journal called "The Lit Review - An AMJ Podcast".  In each episode, I interview a prominent scholar to discuss pressing issues in organizations and markets.  Three quick things:
