    We are pleased to invite you to attend our Panel Symposium on "The Future of Shareholder Activism: Navigating Influence in a Changing Corporate and Political Landscape," scheduled for Tuesday, July 29th from 15:30 to 17:00 CEST at the Bella Center (Room MR176/177), as part of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Copenhagen.

    This symposium brings together leading scholars in the fields of corporate governance, shareholder engagement, and sustainability to explore how shareholder activism is reshaping corporate behavior and strategic decision-making in a rapidly evolving political and institutional context.

    The panel will address timely questions such as:

    • How political and organizational shifts influence activist–firm dynamics

    • Whether activism is driving transformational change or mostly incremental adjustments

    • How institutional investors are reshaping the shareholder activism landscape

    • What the future holds for research on investor influence and governance
