Can organizations move beyond treating people like objects? And if so, how?

In this participative PDW, we explore human-centered organizing through processes of value creation that focus on relationships, empathy, and various aspects of people's lives. Whether in the organizations we study, the classes we teach, or the service we provide, we explore the barriers, costs, benefits, and methods involved in focusing on people in our work as scholars.

In the spirit of human-organizing, this PDW draws upon the unique experiences of panelists and participants to create rich opportunities for deeper connection while advancing thinking on human-centered organizing in management and entrepreneurship.
