    Join us for our Showcase Symposium, "Pick Your Protein: Culture, Emotions, and Contestation in the Emergence of Alternative Protein Markets," at the 86th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Philadelphia, sponsored by the AOM Organization & Management Theory Division (OMT) and AOM ONE.

     Organized by Cristian Trejos, this symposium features four presentations offering diverse perspectives on the emerging alternative protein landscape, with insights from the cultivated meat, insect-based, and plant-based protein markets.

    Our paper presenters-Magdalena Winkler, Marselia Tan, Yanfei Hu (with Lydia Milly Certa, Jonathan Chenoweth, and Glenn Parry), and Kata Isenring-will be joined by discussants Robert J. David and Brandon Lee.
