We're excited to share the linked call for papers for an Organization Theory Special Themed Section, "Catalysing & Crystallizing: Theorizing the Configurational Nature of Organizational Phenomena."
We welcome theoretical contributions that advance configurational thinking, explore how configurations emerge and change, examine the roles of agency and intentionality, or connect configurational theorizing with other intellectual traditions and disciplines.
We are especially keen to reach scholars whose work may be configurational in spirit, even if they do not typically use configurational language. Please take a look and share the call with others who may be interested-we would love to see your ideas in the mix!
    Submission deadline: January 31, 2027
    Best,
    Joanna, Peer, Santi, and Markus
