Business and human rights (BHR) are not always very prominent in university education. The experienced panelists will discuss how to get these issues and ideas into the curricula and then, how to teach students about the harm and exploitation embedded in contemporary business practices.
Judith Schrempf-Stirling will be in conversation with Jette Steen Knudsen Knudsen of Tufts University, Samentha Goethals at Skema Business School and Rachel Chambers of University of Connecticut who is also going to introduce us to the Teaching Business and Human Rights Forum (https://teachbhr.org/), a network and resource centre for BHR teaching support and materials. We hope to provide inspiration for those of you teaching next semester!
