    If your secondary AOM home is not the Entrepreneurship Division, here's why it should be.

    • OMT scholars focus on emergence, legitimacy, institutional processes, and new forms of organizing, all of which are central to entrepreneurship.

    • Entrepreneurship research allows theory to be examined at the moment organizations are created, before routines, structures, and legitimacy solidify.

    • The Entrepreneurship Division is intellectually rigorous and deeply welcoming, offering a communal environment where theoretical scholars are valued and actively included.
