Dear OMT Division colleagues,
JOMSR has just released the latest issue of volume 3 (2025), which is available at https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/MSR/current
With the publication of this issue, the Journal of Management Scientific Reports is now 3 years old! This issue contains an editorial by Founding Editor-in-Chief Maria Kraimer reflecting on what has been learned and how to further the mission of JOMSR to advance theory testing in management.
This issue also includes an invited editorial on upper echelons theory and four original articles that represent the range of papers we publish: a replication and extension of the political affiliation model; a replication study based on several previously tested hypotheses concerning crowdfunding; an empirical test of a theoretical model about paradox mindsets and women leaders; and a study examining theoretical reasons for why managers use social media for hiring decisions.
A big thank you to all the authors and reviewers who contributed to this issue of. Please join us by contributing your manuscripts and ideas for JOMSR!
