    A gentle reminder that the deadline for the Hospitality, Food & Wine Conference is in just over a week!

    Please send your paper by 15 Feb to HoFoW2026@proton.me. We accept either 3000-word or full papers.

    The conference will be held in the beautiful city of Lyon (FR), 18-19 May.
