Don't miss today the hybrid AOM Symposium on "New Ways of Working: Institutions, Identity, and Power" (10:30AM - 12:00PM, Seattle time; 19:30PM - 21PM, CET)!
From three different conceptual foci (a. institutions, b. organizational identity, c. power and politics), we aim to increase knowledge on New Ways of Working (working from home, flexible working hours, agile management, or holocracy) and discuss implications on theory.
a) How Office Space Enables and Restricts New Ways of Working
(
Andrea Simone Barth
,
Renate E. Meyer
&
Markus A. Höllerer
)
b) How 'New Ways of Working' Shape Organizational Identity Beliefs
(
Emamdeen Fohim
&
Claus D. Jacobs
)
c) From Micro- to Macro-Politics of NWOW
(
