The Department of Organization at Copenhagen Business School is hiring two postdoctoral researchers and one PhD student for a period of 3 years starting September 1st 22. The three researchers will join Jane Bjørn Vedel's Carlsberg Foundation Young Researcher Fellowship titled "The implications of large-scale grants for the university as an institutionalized organization". We are looking for qualitative researchers with a background in organization studies and an interest in institutional complexity/change and temporality in the context of higher education.
