The candidate's activities will include collecting company-specific data and writing articles targeting both high-quality research journals and practitioner outlets. The candidate will enjoy working with a diverse, vibrant research team and be motivated in solving macro-social and environmental issues through corporate actions.

The candidate will join an active sustainability research community at the Ivey Business School. There are numerous faculty members engaged in sustainability research, who contribute actively to the Centre for Building Sustainable Value and the Network for Business Sustainability (NBS). The faculty members at Ivey publish in their most rigorous journals, while also seeking to impact practice.
